Eyes

Written in English US terms with abbreviations for UK

sc = single crochet (double crochet UK)

slst = slip stitch

ch = chain

mc = magic circle

For large eyes use weight 3 yarn and 3mm hook I use this set from Amazon*

For small eyes use embroidery thread or 4ply yarn and a 2mm hook

Starting with black

Round 1: 6 sc in a mc. (6)

Round 2: 2 sc in each of the next 3 stitches, join eye colour and 2 sc in each of the next 3 stitches, slst to the first and fasten off. (12)

Round 3: join white at the other side, at the beginning of the eye colour, ch1, sc across the eye colour and slst into the first black stitch.

Fasten off leaving a long black and white strand for sewing eyes to the head.

Sew two white lines at the top left side of each eye.
