Orders

Once you place an order we will dispatch your item(s) usually within 48 hours.

If you place an order at the weekend, it will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week.

Shipping

UK delivery only £3.20 via Royal mail or Evri

Please note if you buy from overseas and put the UK as the country, I will not be able to post and will have to refund you minus the fees I get charged.

We know that receiving a delivery can be difficult if you are not in the house all day.  If there is a possibility you won’t be home, please send us clear instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel with mobile number and email.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please follow the below steps.

Please contact us for the return address if it is not included within your package.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s).

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, we will refund your order.  

We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the return post, or arrive damaged.
