Circle Granny Squares
These granny squares are what I used to create the Pick and mix sweater. The sweater pattern can be found here, romper here, or cardigan here. Or they can be made to make blankets, wall hangings or bags.
Make the circle part using the colour of your chosen design from Spring / Summer, Spooky, Jungle, Farmyard, Woodland or Christmas, the pumkin and spider are on the sweater pattern. You will need to make 8 squares, 4 for the front and 4 for the back of the sweater. There are 3 different sized squares depending on what size sweater you want to make.

4mm crochet hook I use this set from Amazon*

Gauge
With 4mm hook
Row 1: Ch11, dc in fourth chain from hook, dc to end. (8)
Row 2-4: ch1, dc in same, dc to end. (8)
Square should measure 2”
Small 4” / Medium 5” Square
Use a 4mm hook and start with the colour you want for the circle
Round 1: make a magic circle then ch2 and 9 hdc, slst to the first stitch and pull tight. (9)
Round 2: [ch2, 2 hdc] in the same stitch, [2 hdc] in each stitch to end, slst to the first stitch. (18)
Round 3: ch2, 1 hdc in the same stitch, [2 hdc] in the next, *hdc 1, [2 hdc] in the next* repeat to the end, slst to the first stitch. (27)
Round 4: ch2, 1 hdc in the same stitch, hdc 1, [2 hdc] in the next, *hdc 2, [2 hdc] in the next* repeat to the end, slst to the first stitch. (36)
Change to main colour
Round 5: ch3, 1 dc in the same, ch 1, [2 dc] in the next stitch, hdc 1, sc 5, hdc 1, *[2 dc] in the next, ch1, [2 dc] in the next, hdc 1, sc 5, hdc 1* repeat twice more, slst to the first stitch, then slst to the ch1 corner space to start the next round. (44)
